Privacy Policy
Effective 6 October 2026. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Bayline Roofing LLC ("we", "us"). We are a Florida business, and this policy applies to this website and to the requests people send us through it.
If you contact us by phone, email or in person instead, the same practices apply to whatever you tell us.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. That is normally:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- the service you are asking about
- anything else you write in the message field, including your address or details about the work
You choose what to put in that last field. Please do not send us sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. We do not need it and we do not ask for it.
Information collected automatically
When you load a page, standard information is recorded by our website host and by the analytics and advertising services described below. That includes your device type, browser, general location based on your network address, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
If you reached us from an advertisement, the link that brought you here carries identifiers that tell us which ad and which campaign it was. We keep those with your request so we know which advertising is working.
Cookies and advertising technology
This site uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others are placed by Google so that we can measure whether an advertisement led to a request.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking. When you submit a form, Google is told that a request happened and which advertisement it came from. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using this site or from contacting us.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- respond to your request and schedule or quote the work
- contact you about that request by phone, text or email
- keep records of the jobs we quote and complete
- measure which advertising produces genuine inquiries
- meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles about you beyond what is described here.
Calls and text messages
By submitting a form on this site and ticking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by automated technology and by text message, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to be texted with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling or emailing you about a request you sent us, and it does not delete your request.
When we share information
We share your information only in these situations:
- with the companies that run our systems on our behalf, such as our website host, our email provider, our customer records system, and the service that delivers form submissions to us. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
- with advertising and analytics providers as described in the cookies section, which receive activity data rather than the contents of your message.
- with subcontractors or suppliers where that is necessary to quote or carry out the work you asked about.
- where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
- with a buyer or successor if the business is sold or merged, under the same commitments made here.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not pass your phone number, your email address or your consent to be contacted to any other company so that they can market to you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, insurance and legal obligations, and then we dispose of them. Records tied to completed work are normally kept longer than records of inquiries that went nowhere.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- stop contacting you
Write to the address at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the time our state law allows, and there is no charge for a reasonable request.
State privacy rights
Some states give residents specific rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Several also give a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
If you live in one of those states, you may exercise those rights by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will verify your identity before we act on a request about specific information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that point.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on the systems that store inquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
